RE/MAX Showcase will pay $1,000 or 1% referral fee, based on the gross sales price, whichever is the least, to the other Real Estate Agencies who register prospective buyers according to the following guidelines:

1. Buyer to be registered and accepted by RE/MAX Showcase prior to the day of the auction.

2. Prospective buyers who have been previously contacted by RE/MAX Showcase will not be honored as a referral.

3. The referring agent must show the property to the client 24 hours prior to the auction and be with the client at the auction.

4. Adjoining property owners are customers of RE/MAX Showcase.
