In January of 2015, Jim and Sue Hand brought a bold vision to life with the purchase of RE/MAX Showcase, nestled in the north end of Wooster, Ohio. Their mission was simple yet ambitious: to build a real estate company grounded in integrity, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the local community. With their leadership and a relentless commitment to excellence, they quickly attracted over 40 highly experienced and dedicated real estate professionals.

As the business grew, so did the demand for a greater presence in the region. In February 2021, RE/MAX Showcase expanded with a satellite office in downtown Wooster - bringing their signature service and expertise right into the heart of the city. This was just the beginning of a new era of expansion.

In August 2023, the company took another major step forward by acquiring a well-established office in Ashland, Ohio, extending their reach and reinforcing their commitment to serving Northeast Ohio with local insight and global resources.

By February 2024, growth continued with the launch of a second satellite office just north of Wooster, providing even more accessibility and convenience for clients and agents alike.

In September 2024, a new chapter began as Shannon Hill joined Jim and Sue Hand as co-owners of RE/MAX Showcase with Shannon becoming the principal broker in 2025. With shared values and a passion for real estate, this leadership team now stands united - driving the company forward into the future while honoring the legacy that brought it here.

The story didn’t stop there. In April 2025, the company continued its momentum with the launch of a third satellite office in Fredericksburg, Ohio—right near the heart of Amish Country. This newest location reflects RE/MAX Showcase’s dedication to connecting with all corners of the communities they serve.

From one office in Wooster to a network spanning multiple locations across Northeast Ohio, RE/MAX Showcase has grown into a trusted name in real estate.
